The Tulen Foundation is a national non-profit organization providing self-defense and empowerment training for kids and fostering support for young adults through scholarships and leadership training.
We believe true strength grows from the inside and that real power comes through being respected and heard.
Our intention is that:
- Children feel secure in their homes, schools and neighborhoods
-Girls have a voice
-Boys do not fear bullying
-Women live with confidence
-Emerging youth leaders are supported
